As a co-leader of the Women in Tech Trailblazer Community Group, I am deeply committed to promoting gender diversity within the Salesforce ecosystem. Through mentorship, role model sessions, and advocacy, I strive to inspire and support women pursuing careers in technology. My engagement extends to initiatives like mentoring with Social Builder, a program dedicated to helping women transition into tech professions, and participating in Salesforce France’s 1000 Women in Tech program. Together, these efforts aim to create opportunities, foster inclusion, and empower the next generation of women leaders.
